Twenty Twelve: off to a good start.

So, my parents got me my first sewing machine for Christmas (which means no longer fighting mom for hers!) and ever since, I can't step away. I have seen all these really awesome blogs dedicated to there endeavors, so I decided to start mine, Darling Endeavors. The name seemed appropriate...

I have only started (and not finished) a quilt, made two skirts, a few bows, and some other random projects. So I am definitely a beginner at sewing.

I wanted to not only keep track of all my projects so I can look back at them, but also gain some experience through this blog. I think the internet has started an amazing world through blogs. People can connect and share interests and that is what I plan to do. I want to meet other bloggers like me, just beginning to learn how to sew. And I want to meet other bloggers that have been sewing and crafting for years.

So please follow me, take my tips and give me tips. Comment on my projects with compliments or constructive criticism, or both. ;) I will much appreciate it.

Tomorrow I am starting the next skirt on my list (the previous two were the same, one for me & one for my friend). It comes from a blog I found on Pinterest.
